Paint Nite is a fun social painting experience where you create
a canvas painting while sipping your favorite drinks. Our expert
local artists guide you step-by-step through the painting
process, and you get to take home your unique creation at the
end of the night.

Generally, prices range from $35 to $45 per person, but this is at the host’s discretion. Private events and corporate team-building events are a bit different.
There’s a wide range of creative options for your paint and sip in Chicago—that’s what keeps things so much fun! We have seasonal and holiday themes, abstract designs, florals, landscapes and more.
Most of our locations offer food and drink—some even have full menus—so outside food and beverages are typically not allowed.
Our sip and painting parties are fun for everyone, whether you're a pro painter or this is your first time. Our artists will provide helpful advice, but you also have the creative freedom to add personal touches.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little paint on. You will get an apron to protect your clothes. Still, accidents can happen—especially when you’re having fun with your friends over a couple of drinks!
Our classes typically last around two hours, including time for socializing and taking photos with your finished canvas at the end of the night.
Paint Nite events are typically for ages 21 and up, as they’re in bars and restaurants. However, we do offer family-friendly events that are open to all ages. You can also check out our virtual events for more options and join us at home.
Absolutely! Private parties are one of the things we do best. We do holiday parties, birthday parties, bachelorettes, group team-building events….you name it. Just contact your favorite host or reach out to our private events team at Yaymaker for support.
Tipping isn’t a necessity, but it is always appreciated. If you had a great time at your Chicago sip and paint or were pleased with your artist or bartender’s service, go ahead and show your gratitude!
Wine and paint is a traditional pairing, but honestly, you can
paint and drink anything you like! It doesn’t even need to be
alcohol—you’ll have a fun night regardless.
Maybe just avoid the super strong stuff if you plan on painting
anything semi-decent!
If you ask us, finger foods you can grab without utensils are
your best bet. Things along the lines of chips and dip, veggies
and dip, cheese and crackers, pizzas or sandwiches.
Just avoid anything too messy while you create your masterpiece.
