Sunday afternoon, good beer, and a painting that actually looks like something worth hanging — that's the setup. I'm Rachel, and I'll be leading us through *Spring Melt Down*, a piece full of cool blues and grays breaking into green, the kind of image that feels like the world exhaling after a long hold. Brunswick Bierworks has the space and the atmosphere to make an afternoon like this feel easy — industrial bones, warm energy, and a taproom that doesn't take itself too seriously. You don't need to have picked up a brush before; I'll meet you where you are and we'll build it together. The painting is the thing, though — those layered tones, the water, the trees coming back. It's quiet and alive at the same time.
Our taproom at Brunswick Bierworks is a vibrant, welcoming space designed for people to relax, connect, and enjoy great beer. With its spacious layout and inviting decor, the atmosphere blends industrial charm with a cozy, friendly vibe, perfect for gatherings of any size. We’re proud to be a community hub, hosting events that bring people together, whether they’re here for a tasting, a fundraiser, or just to unwind. Recognized locally as a go-to venue for both casual meetups and unique experiences, our taproom is pet-friendly and offers an authentic taste of our passion for brewing.

Spring Melt Down is one of our more detailed paintings, which is exactly what makes it so satisfying to finish. Rachel paces it carefully so nobody gets left behind — and Rachel will help you turn any mistake into something intentional. Worth knowing: Paint Nite events happen at real bars and restaurants, not studios — it's a night out that happens to involve painting.
A painting class teaches you technique. Paint Nite gives you a finished painting and a good night. Rachel is a real local artist — not a teacher running a curriculum — and this event happens at Brunswick Bierworks, a real local spot, not a studio. Paint Nite invented this format in 2012 and has sold more than 10 million tickets. The trade-off is honest: lighting varies, it can get loud, and the person at the next easel is a stranger. That's the point. It's more of a night out than a class.
Rachel is a real local artist based in Toronto — not a franchise employee or a corporate hire. 7 out of 9 guests who've painted with Rachel say the instruction was amazing. Twitchell M. said: 'I had such a great experience at Paint Nite! Rachel made the whole evening feel relaxed and welcoming from the start. The step-by-step guidance was super clear, and even as someone who doesn’t paint...'
Brunswick Bierworks is a local venue in Toronto — a real local spot, not a dedicated painting studio. Paint Nite events happen at places like this by design — venues with character, regulars, and a bar. It can get lively. That's what makes it a night out rather than a class.

Spring Melt Down is a spring painting — a fresh seasonal pick that captures the energy of the season.
Yaymaker is Paint Nite. We brought both brands together under the Paint Nite name — same artists, same events, same format we invented in 2012. More than 10 million tickets have been sold across both brands combined. If you used to attend Yaymaker events in Toronto , you're in the right place. Welcome back.
Your ticket to Spring Melt Down includes the canvas, all the paint you'll need, the use of brushes and an apron during the event, and step-by-step instruction from Rachel. Drinks and food are ordered separately from Brunswick Bierworks — you pay the venue directly for anything you eat or drink.
Brunswick Bierworks's doors open at 1:00 PM, the event starts at 2:00 PM. We suggest showing up by 1:30 PM to give yourself time to pick your seats, get a drink and maybe a bite before Rachel starts the painting.
You can reschedule your ticket to any other Paint Nite event up to 24 hours before this one starts. After that, tickets are locked — no refunds or changes. If Paint Nite cancels this event for any reason, you'll receive a full automatic refund.
