This week, your favorite local bar becomes the most rocking art museum, full of your own creations! At Paint Nite, a talented local artist will take you through all the steps from blank canvas to finished painting, all while you drink, laugh (and maybe even dance to some tunes). It's a party and a class all at once! No experience necessary, just bring your friends and your fun and we'll do the rest. At Paint Night, we provide all you need to get up, get making, and get to exploring your creative side.

I have been a landscape painter for many years, where the dappled sunlight, sky and trees become my studio, as they do for the impressionists. At the Pennsylvania Academy, I earned the Cadwalader Prize for Landscape Painting, and have continued painting out of doors since my graduation in 1990. Gallery affiliations include the F.A.N. Gallery and Sande Webster Gallery in Philadelphia, and the Somerville Manning Gallery in Delaware; and museum exhibitions include the Woodmere Art Museum, National Liberty Museum, and the Ellen Powell Tiberino Museum of American Art in Philadelphia.
After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, I travelled and painted in Spain for several years, incorporating the splendid Spanish light into my compositions to enhance a sense of luminosity and depth. I have held workshops and hosted art tours through Spain, the American Southwest; and more locally through Bucks County, Manayunk, and Chestnut Hill. I continue to paint and hold classes through my studio, and out of doors throughout the Philadelphia area.
