Be'Wiched has been a long time favorite of the North Loop for local residences & offices. We believe in old world culinary traditions by supporting sustainable, local, and organic agriculture whenever possible. The meat we use is raised by farmers who do not believe in using hormones or antibiotics. We cure and smoke our meats in-house, then slow cook for exquisite taste and tenderness. We mix, shape and bake our bread fresh daily.  For your sweet tooth, we always have something out of the oven to satisfy that crave.

We also feature several of Minnesota’s finest craft beers, including Indeed, Fulton, Surly, Excelsior, among other local favorites. Our wine selection showcases boutique varietals, from all over the world. We offer a special happy hour food & beverage for those who attend an event with Paint & Plant Nite.
