Painting for me in itself has always been a form of art therapy because it promotes stress relief, stimulates creative thinking, strengthens memory and much more. Therefore, if I can somehow be a blessing to others through the services that my business offers,then honestly that is what brings me happiness and purpose.

What You’ll Need:
Canvas - use whatever size works for you!
Acrylic paints - feel free to bring your own unique colors into the mix.
Paint brushes - a variety of flat and round
Paint palette - a paper plate, recycled cardboard or plastic will do.
Cup of water and Paper towels
Protective apron or old t-shirt to keep your favorite outfits fresh even at home.
