I have received my art education from University of Calgary, ACAD, Emily Carr Institute and now I am very excited to share my knowledge and passion for art as your instructor! I strongly believe that everyone can make beautiful art. It always lights my heart to see all the beauty that is produced by people who are convinced that they don't know how to paint.

As a realistic artist, I strive to develop paintings that resonant with the heart and mind of my collectors. Utilizing photographs from my travels, I re-create these images in my own bold and vibrant, detailed style. Each painting requires time and dedication, along with a steady hand to re-produce the essence of the image. During that process, all my thoughts are laser-focused on that art piece. While landscape paintings are my main genre, I enjoy animal portraits, cottages and vintage cars.

Hayy everyone! I’m Vanessa, I’m a mom of three boys. Mom by day, artist by night, & I can’t wait to share my passion with you all. I’ve been doing art since before I can even remember. It’s always been my number one. I have also been with paintnite since before the pandemic. I went to Alberta college of art & design, and focused on my love for painting. I can work with any medium and love realism. Holy moly! Was I just on and on about myself? Let’s stop talking, and start painting!

As a mixed media artist, I live and breath for all things creative. With a specialization in acrylic painting, I have made it my mission to share my passion for art with all of you.
Yulia is willing to share her wealth if knowledge about mixing colour and painting landscapes
Yulia is an excellent teacher and is very patient. I learned some new information and new techniques.
Was a great time and so much fun. So easy to follow and you can do whatever you want within reason
Anyone can do it. The instructor is easy to follow and she tells you all the steps and strokes. Really fun!!!
I liked how I learned to make a lighthouse. I made a lighthouse that I am familiar with, using her guidance, but I also made the foliage different according to what it would be around my lighthouse.
I haven’t used it yet with the group. I took a preliminary peak. I thought I had a year. What do I do now?
