We went to BSB on St Patricks day (which is like going to a Mexican restaurant on Cinco de Mayo... woops 😅) and we have to say that we were thoroughly impressed! Even though the place was packed, there was space for us out back, live music, a friendly atmosphere, and phenomenal service! Shout out to our table-runner Macey who kept our order organized and wore a cheerful attitude the whole time (and had fabulous nails). Additional thank you to the other staff who helped us find a seat and sent Macey over to us once we were situated. We definitely want to come back on less chaotic day if this was the kind of professionalism that was presented to us on a less-than-ideal first time. ...also... I'm going to be dreaming about the "Anti ChrisT" shot... so... I need to go back for that
I’m a regular here and I keep coming back for a reason. The staff is great, the food is consistently good, and the place has the kind of atmosphere that makes it easy to stop in after work and actually want to stay. That part hasn’t changed, and I appreciate it. What did change is the Monday special, and I’m not a fan. It used to be a shot with a pint of beer from the tap. That was a solid deal, and I could get a beer I actually wanted. Now it’s a 12 oz 3.8% beer with no choice. That’s a noticeable step down — smaller pour, weaker beer, and no say in what I’m drinking. For someone who shows up on Mondays specifically for that special, it feels like the fun got taken out of it. I still like this place. I’m not going anywhere. I just wanted the owners to know this particular change landed badly with at least one regular who used to look forward to Mondays here. Bring back the old special, or at least give people a choice of tap beer with it, and you’ll have me happy again.
My wife and I had the bourbon Philly, bang bang shrimp appetizer, mixed drinks, black and tan's. The food is amazing!! I could eat 5 pounds of their bang bang shrimp it's so good! The bourbon Philly was also amazing. The drinks were delicious and spot on. If you're in west Jordan, you need to give them a try.
