Having visited IKEA locations in Saudi Arabia and the Philippines, my family and I were equally impressed by the Winnipeg store’s well-organized showroom and efficient Click & Collect service. As someone who appreciates great logistics, I found the large, clear aisle signage incredibly helpful for locating items even from a distance. Between the delicious, affordable Swedish meatballs at the restaurant and the supervised Småland play area for the kids, it’s a fantastic, family-friendly destination for practical home shopping in Manitoba.
Today I accidentally left my bag in the restaurant area. I came back about two hours later, and the staff kindly helped me find and return it. Everything was still inside. I am truly grateful for the honesty and professionalism of the employees. Thank you so much for your integrity and for taking such good care of your customers!
Good location, very large. The as is section needs some organization, but everyone was very friendly.
