Visited Montana’s with my fiancé and overall had a great experience. The food was absolutely amazing — we only ordered appetizers, but the portions were so generous that we had no room left for the mains lol. Everything we tried tasted really good and was full of flavor.
It was quite a busy evening, but despite that, the staff was super friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit, which made the experience even better.
Great food, great service, and a really enjoyable atmosphere overall. Would definitely come back again!

We had a get together with my wife and her siblings for Christmas. We all decided to go to Montana’s and it was a very good choice. I haven’t been to Montana’s for a long time and I got to order a large rack of ribs, which was fantastic. I also had wings to start and the triple layer chocolate cake for dessert. Yes it was all awesome. The young lady who was our server, Zahya. She was amazing. Very busy night, and taking orders like she had to do for my family can be very difficult at times, and she did fantastic. Thank you for the great service and the amazing food.

Travelling on business, looking for a great food experience as we’ve been to various locations of Montana’s .. Kelowna, Penticton, Langley and now Airdrie. Much to our chagrin, Airdrie was our worst experience. Got seated right away, server Jack was right there for drink orders .. water only please. We were given ample time to peruse the menu. Our friend in our party who had not been to Montana’s before, ordered the 7 oz steak, loaded baked potato. My husband ordered the rib & wing combo. I ordered the chicken fajita. We waited for what seemed to be a very long time until the steak meal arrived with a steak knife. My dinner came … tortilla shells, 3 servings of salsa, shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes in a black skillet, no chicken or grilled vegetables . My husband’s meal did not come. When I placed my order, I specifically asked for no tortilla shells, no cheese or sour cream. I caught Jack’s attention and he apologized. Waiting again for sometime to have my complete meal served, the gal started eating her steak. The steak was done medium rare to her request, however unable to use the provided steak knife as it was duller than a table knife. Jack apologized and returned with a useable steak knife. Her only complaint with her meal was that the baked potato was over baked and was unable to eat the skin as it was too tough. Finally my grilled (burnt) chicken and grilled veggies arrived, again Jack apologized. It seemed that my veggies and chicken were cooked in two stages .. one being overcooked .. chicken being burnt and red peppers and red onions, the other half of the chicken was moist and the green peppers and white onions too crunchy, not al dente. Our friend finished her meal, I was about half done when my husband’s dinner finally arrived, again with apologies. He had ordered honey garlic for both the ribs and wings and he received the regular bbq flavour. My husband said the cornbread and yam fries were delicious. He ended up taking his meal back to the hotel as he was the only one eating. Jack took our order at 8:14 pm and it was almost 10 before we left. The restaurant was not overly busy. It would have been expected to have had more servers and kitchen staff working as it was a Friday nite. It seemed we were not the only table experiencing shortfalls, as the two servers were always returning to the tables with apologies instead of the food. Jack was an excellent server! Sadly, that nite at Montana’s was not a great, yet alone a good experience!
