The atmosphere used to be a lot better when this business was titled "Original Pete's," but the quality of their pizza is just as amazing as it ever was! High quality products, from the dough, to the sauce, the Cheese, all the toppings...they never disappoint.
A friend said they serve 16 oz pints of Knee Deep Simtra IPA. I was walking towards front door entrance as my Son called me from NYC; so I stood out front next to another business using speaker phone. Shortly thereafter. I was interrupted by two people yelling vulgar obscenities. I Walked around to see who was yelling at. I saw two older white women that were cussing me out from the outside patio-they were only two in outside patio. After they were yelling and interrupted in my call, I told my Son I was getting cursed out by two ladies acting like Karens. Immediately the two obnoxious Karen’s started cursing me out because they could hear my call and came up to patio edge to take video or pics of me while on phone. I took pics of them to documented who was interrupting my phone call and harassing me in public. I said goodbye to my Son, on phone, but lost my appetite; I went in to order one Simtra Beer at bar srea, and shortly after being served the bartender came up and said she can’t serve me because I was rude to two of there long term clients. I started to share the facts, and she said she heard both sides, and was a management decision. I said nobody heard my side. Management did not ask me for any feedback at all and made a disrespectful decision to a new patron. I left after realizing this bar and their manager treated me as bad ss the Pro-Karen Crazies. I will never return or recommend this place unless you’re a Karen personally and want a safe place. I am shocked that a new patron can be verbally abused by regular customers of this bar/ restaurant, and management didn’t even inquire to get the other side. I think they should change their name from Petes to Karen’s; a safe place for rude obnoxious Karen’s who verbally abuse new white male patron. There were only a a small amount of patrons on a Sunday. This place will never get a dollar or referral from me in the future. I will tell everyone I know about this unacceptable experience from the manager treating me like a second class citizen, and allowing a couple of regular customers to treat new customers horribly. I did not eat their food, so won’t rate. I stand behind my call out this location beings a safe place for entitled Kateys
Offers pizza, sandwiches, salads, beer, pasta, and more. Food (steak sandwich) was meh. Service was meh. Would not go here again.
