I had such a great experience thanks to our waitress Felicia. She was attentive without being overbearing, friendly from the moment we sat down, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. She handled our questions with patience, gave great recommendations, and kept a positive attitude even when the restaurant got busy. It really made a difference in our overall experience. Excellent service like that is hard to find—she truly went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ruben provided exceptional service. Knowing he was one of only two servers working that night, he handled the busy atmosphere with professionalism and a positive attitude. While some of the food arrived later than expected and a few items were not prepared correctly, Ruben did everything he could to address the issues and ensure we were taken care of. He regularly checked on our table, asked if we needed anything, and remained friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout the evening.
I also want to recognize Supervisor Rachael, who was incredibly friendly and quick to step in when there was an issue with our order. She handled the situation professionally, listened to our concerns, and made sure everything was corrected promptly. Her positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction were greatly appreciated.
Despite a few hiccups with the food, the outstanding customer service from both Ruben and Rachael made for a very positive dining experience.
