Me and my bf were looking for Italian food and decided to head here instead of Olive Garden, big mistake. I remember this place 20 years ago in Minneapolis and never went there, and now I have and can go 20 more years without ever seeing this place again.
First of all it took a few to get seated, but that is whatever, it was like 7 minutes. But after we were seated it was a few before server came and introduced herself, Maddie was her name. After that she came back with water and took our order. We ordered blackberry mock-a-ritas and I got spinach and cheese raviloli and my bf got the lasagna. These were the full course meals with soup or salad, entree, bread, and ice cream at the end.
It was not worth the time or price to go here so do not waste your time. Our drinks were brought by another server our food was brought by what I think was the manager. Our server barely checked on us after we were done. She brought the ice cream which had too much chocolate for me. I HATE chocolate ice cream or in general most chocolate things.
The food was not amazing. For all the hype it was not worth it. The ravioli was like you took frozen ravioli and got it to a lukewarm temp and served it. My bf said the lasagna was not mind blowing. My drink was overly salty as was the marinara sauce. The bread was good and the vanilla ice cream my bf got was good. The spumoni I ordered was good sans the chocolate. Overall not a good place to eat.
The vibe in there is off, the playlist was 1960s in a bottle and the place is quiet til you leave than everyone is all like have a good day and so on and so forth. So fake in my opinion. I did like the decor of the lobby and the train at, but other than that nothing in this place sang to me. Save your time and cash and go to a better place. They should go out of business and never be heard of again.

Hubby and me had date last night and I suggested this restaurant. The food was very good. Hubby would like to have a future date night here as well. The French bread was all right. Nothing too special. The lighting in the restaurant was very damn. It was hard to read the menu. The waitress was very attentive. The hostess seemed very annoyed that we had come in that night. We had tried to tell her good night as we walked out but she had seemed to roll her eyes.

I have never dined at The Old Spaghetti Factory. I enjoyed the ambiance and my meal. I ordered a lunch special which includes: main entre (I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp), a side salad, Italian soda and dessert (sorbet). The food is fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. My first italian soda (recommended by the waitress), did not disappoint! Very refreshing.
The waitress was kind, knowledgeable of the menu and present. The staff worked in unison which is awesome because teamwork makes the dream work. Everyone made sure we were okay and empty dishes were removed promptly.
The trolley located in the dining area is adorably whimsical.
I look forward to dining in the trolley and ordering from the dinner menu.
