As always, we had a lovely time at this restaurant. Food is amazing and service was great. Our server Jas was wonderful. Every time we come here every server is just as great and friendly. 10/10!☺️💜
We got calamari, it was really greasy, it just made it soggy. My dad ordered the honey cajun chicken, it was kind of tough. My pesto chicken and shrimp pasta was huge, 2 people can eat it comfortably, just a head up. I ordered a diet pepsi that never came, our waitress also tried to charge us for it until I pointed out I never received it. Overall, the service is really really slow, the waiters kind of just disappear. If you flag down another waiter, they just pass on the message until it reaches your waiter. I don’t know if it’s an understaffing issue or just an off day. Either way, we won’t be coming back.
We came for a family meal, it was a big party of people and we were one of the first groups to come in. The waitress took our orders, brought drinks and bread then disappeared. We didn't see her again for a while. When we asked, "is the food coming?" She would say, "I'll check with the kitchen." Then we wouldn't see her for a while. One of iur family members has Diabetes and his blood sugar was dropping as he needed to eat. We'll this went on for close to an hour and a half. Then I told her we still haven't got our dinner. Friends had left our group saying they had other things to attend to. An hour and forty five minutes later we get our meals. The waitress told us that they were slammed with a sudden influx of people and it wasn't usually this busy at this time in the week. The food was ok, nothing amazing. We had family from out of town and they were completely disappointed. At the end they gave us a 15% discount which was appropriate. We won't be coming back.
