Met family to watch World Cup soccer match at lunchtime. Lots of TV available for viewing both inside and out. Food was really good and service wonderful. Lots of washrooms for guests. Beer was good - tried the Sake Sour. It was a light refreshing beer on a hot day. Didn't have time to try the crib flight board, but love that option.
I recently visited Smugglers Trail in Langley, British Columbia, and decided to try their highly recommended fish burger after seeing many others ordering it. It lived up to the hype and is, without question, the best fish burger I have tried anywhere. The fish fillet was perfectly light and crispy, with a generous portion size. It was served on a fresh, warm brioche bun that added a nice touch of sweetness and softness. The tartar sauce was light and flavorful, complementing the crisp coleslaw beautifully. The meal also came with fries that had an excellent crispiness, reminiscent of Costco’s classic fries. I highly recommend the fish burger to anyone who enjoys fish sandwiches or fish and chips. You will not be disappointed—this is a standout dish worth trying.
I like my visits to Smugglers Trail in Langley. A great craft beer selection and it has a kitchen offering a great menu selection. I like the baked 3 cheese spinach dip and pizzas. They offer spacious high counter, bar, booth, table and patio seating. Also a participant of the BC Ale Trail. Friendly staff and great service. Easy to access free parking lot.
