Our 8th Grade Moving Up Celebration at The Experience LI was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, the kids had an amazing time. The evening began with the simulator bays, ping pong, air hockey, giant Connect 4, snacks, and drinks, and there was never a dull moment. The kids loved having so many activities to enjoy before moving into the dining room for a great dinner. Then the dancing began, and the fun just kept going! Planning the event was incredibly easy. Chris, the catering manager, was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process; responsive, accommodating, and helpful every step of the way. The staff on the night of the event was truly top shelf. From the gaming attendants to the servers, everything was completely taken care of for us. As chaperones, we were really just there to keep an eye on the kids because the staff handled everything else seamlessly. A special thank you to Brian, the maître d' for the evening, who made sure everything ran smoothly and that every detail was taken care of. His professionalism and attention to detail made the night completely stress-free. We had 123 eighth graders celebrating, and The Experience LI helped make it a night they will never forget. I would 100% recommend The Experience LI for any event!
Chris and his team planned the perfect Bat Mitzvah for my niece! From start to finish, everything was flawless. The food was absolutely delicious, the venue was the perfect setting for her NYC-themed party, and every detail was beautifully executed. A special thank you to the owner, Michael, who went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome and ensure everything ran smoothly. His attention to detail and genuine care made the day even more memorable. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. I highly recommend this venue for any special occasion!
From the moment we met Chris Drago, we knew The Experience was something special. He immediately understood our vision for Hannalee's Bat Mitzvah and made the entire planning process feel effortless. Every question was answered quickly, and he was always just a text away. Having that level of communication made such a busy planning season so much easier. It was also a pleasure meeting owner Michael Passantino. As fellow Sachem graduates, we instantly connected, but what stood out even more was the pride he takes in creating a venue unlike any other on Long Island. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to give families and their guests an unforgettable celebration. One of our favorite things about The Experience was the flow of the event. Rather than a traditional cocktail hour, guests spent the first hour enjoying the incredible game room. From golf simulators and sports games to air hockey, foosball, and arcade games, there was something for everyone. It was the perfect way to get guests laughing, interacting, and having fun from the moment they arrived. Once the party began, everyone had the perfect place to celebrate. The kids had their own lounge where they could dance and enjoy the entertainment while the adults relaxed, enjoyed an amazing meal, and still felt part of the excitement. It created the perfect balance for guests of every age. The service throughout the day was exceptional. Brian, the maître d', kept everything running flawlessly, making sure every detail was handled without us ever having to think twice. The entire staff worked together seamlessly, allowing us to simply enjoy every moment with our family and friends. The food was outstanding and received countless compliments from our guests. We added the Dessert Train, and it quickly became one of the highlights of the afternoon. Watching it roll into the room filled with incredible desserts brought smiles to everyone's faces and added such a fun surprise to the celebration. One of my favorite details was our New York City themed exit station. Guests left with warm bags of hot peanuts while Broadway music played, making it feel like the final curtain call to Hannalee's unforgettable weekend. It was such a unique and memorable way to end the party. The Experience gave us so much more than a beautiful venue. They created an experience from beginning to end with outstanding communication, incredible service, delicious food, thoughtful details, and a team that genuinely cared about making our daughter's Bat Mitzvah unforgettable. If you are looking for a venue that offers something truly unique, I cannot recommend The Experience enough. It lived up to its name in every possible way, and I would choose them all over again.

Paint Nite at The Experience LI — FAQ
None. Your artist walks the whole room through the painting stroke by stroke over about two hours, and everyone leaves with a finished canvas. Most guests have never painted before.
There's free parking at or near The Experience LI.
Most venues keep food and drink service running during the event — ordered from and paid to the venue, separate from your seat price.
Doors open 30 minutes before the painting starts. Come early, grab your seat and order a drink — the artist starts on time.
Yes — The Experience LI has a wheelchair-accessible entrance and restrooms. If you have specific seating needs, contact the venue ahead of the event and they'll set you up.
