I came in tonight to bowl and Amazing Grace was the server.. she was dope! She was really friendly and the $10 bowling! You can’t beat that! The food was great. I had an ultimate Mac and cheese it was pretty bomb! It was pretty lit and I myself got pretty lit! Definitely going to come back! The atmosphere was pretty chill!
The environment is always loud but upbeat. The service could definitely improve in terms of availability and customer care. Many of the games are frequently out of service, and getting credits refunded is a hassle. You have to make a note on your phone with the game name and the number of credits lost, then take it to the prize counter to request the credits back later. The prizes are overpriced for the quality, and the food is mostly carbs. The chicken sandwich is probably your safest bet, while the pretzels have way too much salt. The bar is overpriced as well, and there's often a long wait to get a drink. I've watched my company spend a lot of time waiting around for service. That said, they have air hockey, and we're all addicted to it. We also love the bowling, so somehow it's become a family tradition. It's one of those places that's so bad it's good. 💪😂
I had an awesome experience at Dave & Buster’s Desert Ridge! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything went smoothly from the moment we arrived. Especially Steve, the kitchen manager! The arcade had a great variety of games, everything was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was fun and energetic. The food and drinks were delicious and came out quickly. Whether you’re going with friends or family, it’s a great place to have a fun time. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!
