We really like going to this casino. Lots of parking, not very crowded, friendly staff, Jesh, the bartender/cook/cashier/one woman band (😆) is awesome! The slot machines are good, they could always pay more though. We have a great night out when we go there 😁

Its a casino. Lol. But i find this particular casino, ive never really walked away up. But the games are great and i go with the intention of loosing money. So its not that big of a surprise. No different then going to the movies in my opinion.

I was really looking forward to visiting Elements Casino Surrey because the building looks really nice from the outside and the parking is super easy. When I walked in, the staff at the door were very welcoming and polite, which gave me a good first impression. It’s also in a great location, making it a convenient spot to visit for a night out. However, the experience didn't quite live up to what I expected. The inside felt a bit outdated and some of the seating areas weren't very comfortable to stay in for long. I also found myself waiting quite a while for any kind of service once I was inside, and the overall atmosphere felt a bit disorganized and busy in a way that wasn't very relaxing. I think this place has a lot of potential because the people are nice, but it just wasn't the smooth visit I was hoping for this time.
