-water station was out of order;
-for a place of this calibre they only offered Coffee-Mate to add to coffee—something I will not tolerate.
-My playing card was not registering within this facility—I was directed to Customer Service on the upper floor. all CS area was fenced off, there was no notice stating where to find the worker—until , another employee came by & said ‘CS employee just left for her 15 minute break’ .
i waited 30 minutes & returned to find her assisting 3men at a nearby machine & this CS woman told me to ‘wait’ as she was helping them on a machine!! —there were others employees there that should’ve /could’ve been doing that job. Now, i had to wait longer to get my card activated and when she finally arrived at her CS counter, I was not treated with the pleasant attitude i have learned to expect to receive from someone in a CS role . I was tired of waiting , now over 30 minutes for her to return to her duty at the ‘Customer Service’ counter, so to give me the service , only she was trained to do. And she was not pleasant-she gave me that attitude /that look —seeing that i was truly there waiting for a legitimate reason. I of course gave her my look of ‘disgust’ , thanked her for completing this task with me & I walked away.
It would’ve been nice to receive a typical cheerful CS attitude with a ‘smile on her face and an apology as for me having to wait so long. I waited 30 minutes for her to return from a 15 minute coffee break., and then was forced to wait longer as she assisted with a Gamer.
It would’ve been nice if she gave me a substantial amount of Free Play to compensate my lost playing time & the time I played ‘slots’ waiting for her, without the use of my card.
If she treated me better & within the expected CS role from this high-end Casino, I wouldn’t be writing this review today.
That CS worker did Not provide a good feeling to make me feel that a return visit to this establishment would ever be a welcoming time.
-the many slots I played throughout the few hours I was there—none gave me the satisfaction of enjoying an entertaining/fun , game-playing opportunity—
-I was waiting to meet up with my friends
-we chose this location to be a good meet-up location.
I will never waste my time visiting this casino again—a very unhappy experience !

I stayed at the Delta hotel for 3 nights on a work trip and had to wait a few hours between my flight and the room being ready. Bernadette took amazing care of our team and we came back every night for a drink just to see her. She remembered our orders and had it ready for us when we got back! Amazing service 100% recommend her 🥰

This is a great destination whether you're staying overnight or just visiting the casino. The hotel was comfortable, the common areas were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming. The staff provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. I look forward to returning in the future.
