I have stayed in many Hilton branded hotels and this is one of my favorites. The hotel looks just like the pictures, which is pretty rare. The whole property is new, fresh and very clean. Jennifer at the front desk was amazing and quickly helped me move to a different room upon my arrival. The restaurant is pretty good and the service at the restaurant was top notch. The food is pretty tasty too. The pool was really nice and there were seats in the sun and the shade. I highly recommend!
Overall, this hotel offers good value for the price. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and had everything you need for a comfortable visit, although nothing really stood out as exceptional. As this hotel belongs to a well-known hotel chain with several different brands and categories, I personally believe this property would fit better into one of the lower-tier brands rather than the category it is currently assigned to. The overall quality, amenities, and atmosphere simply don’t match the expectations that come with its current positioning. The restaurant and dining area seem to have been designed with good intentions, and you can tell that an effort was made to create a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, it still feels and looks more like a large cafeteria than a restaurant, which takes away from the overall dining experience. Overall, it’s a decent hotel with a fair price-performance ratio. If you’re looking for a clean place to stay in a good location, it does the job. However, I believe there is still room for improvement, especially considering the standards of this hotel brand.
So.. this place is Huge! The pic is just a small portion of thr entry on the bottom. The rooms we stayed in were updated and seemed a little newer styled. The pool was on the 4th floor and it was a salt water pool. Mandatory Vallet parking but they were professional and on top of things. They have a system where you can alert them to get the car before you go down to retrieve it. Lighting in the room is strange though. No main lights just ambiance. And there is a glass window deviding the bathroom and the sleeping quarters. This makes it hard the see at night. However the lighting was enough. And it was a great thing they put a removable night light in the bathroom! Great experience. Not far from. Disney too if thats what your looking for. 0 food avail after 10 though
