ZERO STARS! LET THE CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! WARNING ABOUT FRIDAY ALL YOU CAN SUPPOSEDLY EAT FISH NIGHT!!!!
What a gosh-awful, despicable, aggravating, shameful experience and here is our story:
Regrettably I must leave this review about our horrid, (s)-show of a dining experience, disrespectful, willful and blatant disregard, horrible, deplorable customer service that left me and my family feeling deeply saddened, disrespected and shamed!
This was our first time going to Friday's all you can eat fish dinner as we get the pizzas and wings a lot. Thus, this time around having just heard about it on our last visit.
Question to Management and Owners: Who determines how much one can eat? Is it predetermined? If so then post it, put a sign up but do not mislead the customer that it's all you can eat and most assuredly this will not happen again as we, our family, friends and co-workers will never come there again and yes losing good customers means something but apparently not to you guys.
Why mislead and mistreat the customer, and deceive them!!! Who decides just how you can eat on all you can eat fish night and the fish is not that good which put it over the top! Who decides! You guys or the customer that paid $18.00 per person for bland fish that we had to literally beg service for! Clearly its not all you can eat! The night started off with our expectations of a special celebration for fish lovers united & graduation dinner to be well special. You guys ruined it for our family and it's not like we didn't pay for it! Scandalous is an understatement 😫 😩
Anyway...They brought out a salad, then 2 pieces of fish and fries. We thought as it is with most places they would perceivably keep it coming but they didn't. The waitress came back like 15 to 20 minutes later apologized and brought us each one piece! I wanted to cry from righteous indignation and for us being disrespected and shamed.
Then couple that with long, unnecessary wait time and for one piece of fish!!! I took my family to have a nice time and it was awful and I apologized to them as shame was the general consensus of how we were made to feel and it's unacceptable!
At this point with the agonizing waiting, the literal deer-in-the-headlight plea for our dinner was infuriating!!!! They looked us like we were nuts as we'd only had 2 pieces wtheck, I mean they made us feel bad, horrible and we are all professionals in every sense of the word.
We still tipped them for this terrible experience and we have to share, to warn ⚠️ others others about the hurt and awful experience it caused our family and prayerfully spare them! I mean ... Are we wrong? To expect to eat all we can eat (and not a lot btw) and its to the contrary. We have never been anywhere that made us feel so bad, disgraced and for something we paid good money for in these times. I mean we felt ashamed to even ask like are we going to get more or is 3 pieces for grown adults, men and women the limit!
Then if it is then (F)say so and post it, tell the customer but don't deceive them with bait & switch tactics by saying one thing and doing another! We will never go here again, ever!!! We feel morally wounded, and just hurt.
Maybe it means nothing to you but it will eventually as karma catches up with those you hurt and shamefully disrespect! Shame on all of you! Duping unsuspecting customers with this hype!
Would I recommend this restaurant, ABSOLUTELY 💯 NOT! It's a disgrace and the manager, shame on you for putting your staff in uncomfortable positions as well to have to low-key diss the customers as though the customers did something wrong by simply wanting to enjoy their meals and you knew it!
There are so many restaurants that are honorable, that care about their customers but most assuredly this isn't one of them and this really hurt the younger ones in our group. Shame, Shame on you and all things considered the meal should have been comped as it was the worst dining experience and we really mean it that we have ever had but more so made to feel and a waste of hard-earned money! 😢 💔

We ordered a pound and a half of wings with two friends who each ordered a pound. Ours looked less than each of theirs and was clearly less. We are Midwest people who don’t like conflict but I just mentioned that it looked like less but then the staff just said okay then brought the bill to the table and avoided eye contact. It was much less than even a pound. Very disappointed. Cant say much more other than I know I will not be going here again, human decency and respect is not an existent thing here, all we did is ask if they even thought It was close to a pound and a half and they definitely avoided the question and delivered a bill. Would 100% not suggest this as a place to get your fill. The taste itself was good just rough service and amount. I worked at semi fast food for years and I know for a fact this was incredibly disrespectful and not an acceptable thing in any way to another person. Look me in the face and say too bad we don’t care.
