We visit PF Chang’s because we LOVE the Tofu Lettuce Wraps, and no matter how many times we try to recreate the recipe at home, it just doesn’t taste the same…that being said, service is very high up on my list of priorities when eating out, and this visit missed the mark quite a bit. Upon arrival, there was a long, unnecessary wait at the podium while several employees were just standing around chatting. Once we were finally seated, we were served something closely resembling tap water…the taste was so bad we didn’t even drink it. The service throughout was mediocre at best, and lettuce wraps overpriced for the serving portion making me wonder if they increased the price? While we do enjoy these lettuce wraps, sadly I don’t think we’ll be visiting again any time soon.

This was mine and my husband's first time trying P.F Changs.
Great customer service. Pleasant and quiet atmosphere. Delicious food!
We shared the dynamite shrimp.. 10/10 recommend, but it's so good you won't want to share.
He had the teriyaki trio with fried rice; the rice had an odd texture (possibly overcooked), but the main dish was great!
I had the chicken and broccoli with steamed rice. It was very appetizing.
I definitely recommend P.F Changs for birthdays, anniversaries, or celebratory occasions.
*We set up a reservation, so we only waited about 2 minutes

My food was real good ,hot, very flavorful perfect. The appetizers were perfect it was shareable and plenty. The drinks were well made perfect on the liquor. The customer service was amazing, my grandbabies were very well liked and acknowledged they loved being there and made our time very pleasant. The dessert i wanted wasn't there due to it was seasonal so the server suggested a similar one and it was real good too. Overall our experience was great.
