I was ask by my brother to find a different brewery from the previous one we went last time we were in Ottawa area. So i went through few ones on internet. I emailed 2 or 3 to ask if there was possibility to buy merch. Calabogie was tbe only one to reply. So few days later, here we are. We had a great time. Very nice brewery, lot of seating. Large terrasse. Good selection of beers. For those who crave, possibility to eat. Merch are available, tees, hoodies and glassware.
Our group visited on Canada Day. We had a few apps and tried various brews. The beers were good and I plan on buying more if I see them at the store. The nachos were modestly priced and were satisfying. I will say it was very loud in there - while noisy from the popular ambiance (which was considerable on the holiday), the live music and host activities were painfully loud, literally. We opted to leave after 1 set of pints as a result. I might go back but only if my ears don't bleed when I walk in the door.
