Do I need any painting experience?

None. Your artist walks the whole room through the painting stroke by stroke over about two hours, and everyone leaves with a finished canvas. Most guests have never painted before.

Where do I park near Elixir?

There's free parking at or near Elixir.

Can I order food and drinks during the event?

Yes — the bar and cocktail list stays open while you paint. Food and drinks are ordered from and paid to the venue, and aren't part of your seat price.

How early should I arrive?

Doors open 30 minutes before the painting starts. Come early, grab your seat and order a drink — the artist starts on time.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes — Elixir has a wheelchair-accessible entrance and restrooms. If you have specific seating needs, contact the venue ahead of the event and they'll set you up.

A pleasant little hideaway off the beaten path in Edison NJ. Excellent TexMex menu plus your other bar favorites. Beer was ice cold out of the tap and the Bar staff was friendly and very helpful. Think it may be a new regular spot for us!

Elixir Bar & Grill is one of our favorite restaurants! The food is consistently delicious, and you can really tell they put thought into their menu—especially the seasonal options, which are always a great touch. My son is absolutely obsessed with the burritos, and they never disappoint! On top of that, the service is always excellent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming every time we visit. Highly recommend!

Food and service are amazing!!!!! They have become our favorite local spot for when we eat out or or order in. I used them for Cinco De Mayo to have a taco station and wings for lunch at the office and everyone loved it! They really are the best!
