Food taste really really good (10/10). We tried few different types of dosa, biriyani, mango lassi, chai. Everyone loved their food. However, the service was terrible. The place is seriously understaffed and lack of professional servers. We had a group and we got served our food very randomly. Some got served way earlier than the other and those did not get served had to wait for a long time (30 minutes). We would visit again, as we liked the food. However that would be the last time if the service is not improved.
Yash is the guy who helped us choosing the best dosa(forgot the name😅) but it was delicious. Also, mango fizi cocktail was also very tasty. Thnks guys(one who made the dosa as well)✌️
Absolutely disgusted. When I asked what is this and it looks burnt all I was told is this is how Vadas are made. Shameful. The chef is disgraceful if this is what he cooks up for clients. When I bit into it, it tasted bitter and totally burnt. We were served after an hour as they were waiting for the oil to heat up. Third rate. Needs to shut down. Decor is mediocre as well. Embarrassed with the fact that this is an Indian restaurant in Ottawa
