Spectacular food, service is amazing. The view and the ambiance is really great. They have live music sometimes which really gets a good crowd going. Real Blues specifically are amazing. Love this place so much. We are hosting our evening wedding there. Front of house manager and kitchen manager have been so helpful with the planning and coordination. Big kudos to them.
We stopped in for the first time yesterday evening and right from the moment we were seated we had an incredible experience. Kris was so warm and welcoming. He walked us through the food and drink selection with the utmost confidence of his kitchen and let me tell you, we weren’t disappointed. We caught them during happy hour, had the nachos and some local brews. The food was to die for!! We got to try some new beers as well that I’ve never heard of which was so fun. The service alone would’ve coined this establishment as our new favourite restaurant but the fact that the food and drinks is just as amazing is what will guarantee our return! Thank you for everything Kris and company!!
The Bridgehouse is one of Ottawa’s hidden gems. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a beautiful location overlooking the Rideau River that’s perfect for relaxing with friends or family. The food was fresh, flavourful, and clearly made with care, and the menu has something for everyone. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Whether you’re stopping in for brunch, lunch, dinner, or just drinks on the patio, it’s a fantastic spot. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a peaceful setting.
