My first experience at this establishment was fantastic. I am encouraged to try the establishment near my residence. For a Texas grill, the food is a great mix of Texas and Mexican cuisine. There is a lot of great beverage options to explore if you are looking for a worldly experience without travelling 3000miles The steak that my self and the other member of my party had ordered were cooked to perfection. So tender and juicy. Our serve Wild Rose was so helpful and so knowledgeable, she really helped to make for an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this establishment if you are in the area visitingz
We visited Ottawa and stopped for dinner at Lone Star, a first for us 🙂 The food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it 👌 We opted for the Gator Bites, the avocado salad, and the Tres Leche Cake, all excellent! Our server, Amélie "Twilight" spoke French and provided excellent service. Her dish recommendations and her kindness made all the difference, that made our visit to Ottawa very pleasant 👍😄
Ordeed Happy hour drinks at bar then didn’t see any staff for over 20 mins ..see photo..we were waiting to order Nachos ..while we waited our views were of dishes not cleared (see photos) and staff chatting and laughing behind in the back area! We also came in winter exact same experience! We love other Lone Stars Kingsten, in particular and Toronto!!! And have never had these experiences! Not one to complain as it ruins our night but please try to improve experiences and educate staff of customer service!
